Our Story of Success
``Creating memories since 1965`` is more than just a thought.
It is a true testimonial to the efforts of our team and the million of guests we have served in over 50 years as a catering center in Westlake, Ohio and the surrounding Cleveland area.
When Donald E. Wagner first saw the property at the corner of Center Ridge Road and Bradley Road in Westlake, Ohio., it was truly in the country. That setting led to the name of Wagner’s Country Inn, which was one of only a handful of facilities built in the U.S. to be a banquet center. That was in 1965 and since then, Wagner’s has hosted more wedding receptions than any other venue in Western Cuyahoga County.
Moving forward with the times, we have updated the name to Wagner’s of Westlake and refreshed the facility with new carpeting, lighting and new color scheme.
Your meeting with an event coordinator, begins with a tour of the center and its five beautifully appointed ballrooms accommodating various sized guest lists. The Grand and East Ballrooms offer fireplaces while the South and West Ballrooms have private outside patios. The North Ballroom is perfect for an intimate setting. Our ballrooms offer open floor plans, spacious dance floors and large bar areas. Our “Premier Dinner Package” is a great value featuring a sit-down dinner or Buffet Dinner and open bar. A favorite add-on is a Platter of Pasta served family-style.

From the moment you first walk through the door or make a phone call to Wagner’s, you receive the personal attention you deserve from our experienced event coordinators to plan your wedding reception or other special occasion.
Atmosphere
Among our five private banquet rooms, there is sure to be a size and style to suit your taste. Our South and West Ballrooms feature private outdoor patios while the Grand Ballroom offers a fireplace and a 26-foot bar. The East Ballroom showcase a step-down area, with brick wall and fireplace. The North Ballroom’s open floor plan is perfect for a more intimate gathering such as a baby shower or sports banquet. We have over four acres of well-lit parking that is centrally located to I-90 and I-480.
