Being the owner of one of the longest established DJ services in Northeast Ohio, we have performed at Wagner's literally hundreds of times since 1976. I have told you many times that we absolutely LOVE your facility for many reasons. The food, staff, convenient location, and professional level that you operate at makes it a real pleasure each and every time we perform there. When one of our contracted couples tells us they are either looking at hosting or have already booked at Wagner's, we always tell them what an outstanding choice it is.

Our daughter was married and our reception was held at Wagner's of Westlake. I cannot say enough wonderful comments about our entire experience with them. Mary was our Wedding Planner and she was more than accommodating in every way and very helpful with anything we asked. The reception hall, the day of the wedding, was decorated beautifully. It had exceeded all our expectations and we received compliment after compliment on how gorgeous everything was. Even our florist said he took pictures because it was so beautiful. The food and service were excellent. Even though we extended the hall for an extra hour, we still had our guests asking if we could keep the night going. Thank you Wagner's for helping my daughter’s wedding become the fairy tale she dreamed of.

After months of searching I decided to give Wagner's a look. Boy am I glad I did! After meeting with Mary and Susan and hearing about their great packages I knew I was at the right place! Other reception halls may charge you additional fees for things like cutting and boxing your cake, skirting your tables, security, bar tenders, etc. But not at Wagner's! They both spent the time creating multiple package options displaying the total amounts (including sales tax and gratuity) so there would be no surprises also allowing me to compare options with my family at home. My parents were so pleased with the service and friendliness at Wagner's of Westlake, and with their prices!! We had a buffet style with a prime rib station. It was amazing!

I have been DJ'ing Wedding Receptions in a multitude of Wedding/ Banquet Halls over the years and have seen the good and the bad relating to food, professionalism of running the business and decor of these wedding/banquet halls. I cannot say enough about Wagner's of Westlake. Susan and Mary, the Event Coordinators, will take care of everything and they know how to make a Wedding Reception a huge success. The food is fantastic! I would highly recommend Wagner's of Westlake to anyone looking for a great place to have a Wedding Reception or other event.

Wagner's is wonderful! I had my wedding reception there. The staff is very helpful prior to the event with getting all the details in place ahead of time, allowing for set up the day prior, and making the reception planning as stress free as possible. The day of, the hall looked beautiful! The set up and dynamic of the room flowed so well. The staff is very professional but fun and friendly at the same time.

Wagner's did a terrific job @ my daughter's wedding ceremony & reception. Both rented rooms were elegantly decorated & the food, alcohol & customer service was beyond exceptional ... couldn't have been a better event for all that attended. Wagner's Mary Crawford was very attentive & accommodating to all of our requests & she also did all of our flowers which were over-the-top beautiful. The wedding ceremony & reception was an absolute success ... don't go anywhere else except Wagner's for world-class service & entertainment events ... they're simply the very best around!!! FIVE STAR elegance & service!!!

From the minute that I walked into Wagner's I felt immediately comfortable. Susan was a huge help to me as well as my mother. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and made herself openly available. Of all of the wedding venues I looked at in the area Wagner's really made me feel as though my opinion mattered and Susan did everything to make my day Amazing. I am now the fourth person in my family to have had a reception held here beginning with my grandmother.

Wagner’s of Westlake really does stand for W.O.W! My new husband and I had a great experience working with Wagner’s. Susan and Mary worked so well with us! They made me feel like my day was the most important day to them. The comfort I felt working with them right from the beginning is unexplainable! They are kind, caring, understanding and most of all true to their word. From day 1 until our wedding day their customer service was outstanding! Food was great! The room and lighting was great! We selected Wagner's of Westlake for our annual symposium as the event center has multiple break-out session rooms to accommodate large and small groups. They are able to provide food and beverages onsite at an affordable price to accommodate our budget. The venue is easy to access from the highway and parking is convenient for all of our participants.

Planning a wedding from half a world away on short notice is not easy, but Wagner's went out of their way to help make it work. Nothing was a hassle and the reception was surprisingly smooth. Mary really went the extra mile! And the room was great, with a patio to enjoy the spring weather.
